NO REFUND POLICY

ALL TRANSACTIONS ON THE CAASH PLATFORM ARE FINAL AND NON-REFUNDABLE.

Please read this policy carefully before making any transactions. By using the Platform, you acknowledge and accept this No Refund Policy.

1. Introduction

This Refund Policy applies to all users of the Caash platform operated by Caash [OPC/Private Limited] (CIN: [To be added upon registration]) ("Caash," "we," "us," or "our").

This Policy should be read in conjunction with our Terms and Conditions and Privacy Policy.

IMPORTANT: Caash operates a NO REFUND policy for all transactions. Please read this Policy carefully before using the Platform.

2. No Refund Policy

2.1. General Principle

All transactions on the Caash Platform are final and non-refundable.

This includes but is not limited to:

  • Caash Coin purchases by Merchants
  • Caash Coins earned by Customers
  • Caash Coins redeemed by Customers
  • Credit line allocations to Merchants
  • Any other transactions facilitated through the Platform

2.2. Rationale

The no-refund policy exists because:

  • Virtual Currency Nature: Caash Coins are virtual reward points with no inherent cash value outside the Platform
  • Instant Crediting: Coins are credited immediately upon transaction confirmation
  • Network Economics: Our business model relies on the finality of transactions
  • Fraud Prevention: Reversible transactions create opportunities for abuse
  • Operational Efficiency: The Platform is designed for seamless, irreversible reward transactions

3. Merchant Coin Purchases

3.1. No Refunds on Coin Purchases

When Merchants purchase Caash Coins:

  • All payments are final and non-refundable
  • Coins are credited immediately upon payment verification
  • Merchants cannot request refunds for unused Coin balances
  • Merchants cannot convert Coins back to cash or legal tender

3.2. Before You Purchase

Merchants should:

  • Carefully review the number of Coins being purchased
  • Ensure sufficient business demand before large purchases
  • Start with smaller purchases to test the system
  • Understand that Coin balances do not expire (unless account terminated)

4. Customer Transactions

4.1. Earned Coins

  • Coins earned through purchases at Merchants are non-refundable
  • Once credited, Coins remain in your account until redeemed or forfeited
  • Customers cannot convert earned Coins to cash

4.2. Redeemed Coins

  • Coins redeemed at Merchants are final and non-refundable
  • Once Coins are deducted for a purchase, the transaction cannot be reversed through Caash
  • Disputes about goods/services must be resolved directly with the Merchant

4.3. Account Balances

  • Customers cannot request cash refunds for Coin balances
  • Coin balances are forfeited upon voluntary account deletion
  • Inactive accounts (2+ years) may have Coins forfeited per Terms

5. Exceptions and Special Circumstances

5.1. Technical Errors by Caash

In rare cases of proven technical errors by Caash:

  • Duplicate Coin crediting due to system malfunction

6. Merchant-Customer Disputes

6.1. Not Covered by Refund Policy

Caash is NOT a party to transactions between Merchants and Customers.

Disputes regarding:

  • Product/service quality
  • Non-delivery of goods
  • Wrong items received
  • Merchant refusing to honor Coin redemption

Must be resolved directly between Customer and Merchant.

6.2. Caash's Role

We MAY:

  • Provide transaction records
  • Investigate Terms violations
  • Suspend fraudulent accounts

We WILL NOT:

  • Issue refunds for disputes
